Special Orders

Any product identified as a special order product should be considered to be under the following conditions: 

1. All special order purchases are final and may not be returned.

2. All special order purchases are 1st quality products and are covered by the product warranty policy. If a product defect is found (as described in the warranty policy) the following will be done: 

1. All efforts will be made to supply a replacement of the defective item. Given the  nature of a special order item, the process will likely take additional time. 

2. If a replacement is not feasible, we will provide a refund for the defective item.

3. If a replacement item is not achievable and a refund is not acceptable, any Quick  Ship item may be chosen to replace the order. Any difference in cost will be charged or refunded, as applicable.

3. All other company policies remain in effect.
